Terms of use
The rules for using one-go, a free information service for public transport journeys.
This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the one that prevails.
Purpose
one-go is a free information service. It searches for and compares public transport journeys in France. one-go does not sell tickets and is not a transport operator: to buy, the site sends you to the operator concerned.
Using the site means accepting these terms.
Information for guidance only
Timetables, prices, real-time data, distances and CO₂ emissions come from third parties or from calculations based on their data. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
- A price shown as a range or as an estimate (≈) is not the price you will pay.
- A timetable can change: engineering works, strikes, incidents, cancellations.
Always check with the operator before travelling, and when buying your ticket.
Split tickets
one-go's explanations about split tickets are information, not purchasing advice. Since 7 June 2023 (European Regulation 2021/782), tickets bought separately are separate contracts: if the first train is late, the connection is not guaranteed. The risks are detailed on the Split tickets page.
External links
The site contains links to the websites of transport operators and data producers. one-go is not responsible for their content, prices or terms of sale. Some links may become affiliate links: they will then be marked as such.
Use of the site
The site is intended for normal, personal use. It is forbidden to query it automatically and on a large scale, to try to disrupt its operation or to get around its technical limits. The number of searches per minute is limited.
Intellectual property and data
The site, its brand and its content are protected (see the legal notice). The data shown remains subject to the licences of its producers, listed on the Sources and licences page.
Liability
one-go does its best to provide accurate information and an available service, but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of inaccurate information provided by a third party, a delay, a missed connection or an interruption of the service.
Changes to the terms
These terms may change. The version online is the one that applies.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. [TO BE COMPLETED: competent court and consumer mediator, where applicable]
